Calling all climbers!

Do you have a pull toward visual expression, self exploration, and deeper mind, body, spirit connection to your climbing experience?

*Do you want more awareness of what your comfort, stretch and danger zones are and to expand and also find safety when needed?

*Do you know your body cues and what it looks like, feels like, sounds like in your body in each zone?

*Have you considered that your creativity, climbing and your life are closely linked?

*Have you had an event or trauma that has shut down your courage?

Why I am your guide.

Navigating life seasons of strength, injury, joys and stressors of all kinds, sport and traditional climbing, have been a through line in my life for 25 years.  A masters in art therapy and counseling, trauma and somatic therapy training and years guiding youth and adults in wilderness therapy and outdoor education are all the backdrop for wanting to create this course for other climbers.

It's amazing to me how different I can feel on the rock on any given day, and how we can be empowered in any of our life experiences by connecting to intuition, breath, creativity, ease, kindness and neutral observation.

I hope you'll join this journey with me!
